Congratulations to all of the jogscotland Chryston runners who, due to the great organisation skills of Margaret Sinclair, ventured to the Mull of Kintyre to compete in only the 2nd running of the half marathon and 10k races.
Gemma placed 3rd (allegedly fueled by vodka) in the 10k and Cathy 3rd in the half marathon in a personal best time.
A special congratulations from jogscotland Chryston also goes to Joan Brown from Craigmarloch (pictured here with Margaret) who at 73 years young finished in an impressive 1hr 16mins. You can read more about Joan’s running exploits here.
