Husband and Wife Team Strike Again!!

The husband and wife team strike again, this time Amsterdam was the place and a Marathon was on order.

This was Val�s first Marathon and didn�t she do well!

As it says this was my first marathon which I really enjoyed. The organisation was very good. Drinks stations every 5km with water, Gatorade and bananas were very welcome. Lots of spectators around the course kept me well motivated. Starting and finishing in the Olympic stadium was great, although running down the finishing straight and catching sight of myself on a giant TV screen was quite surreal.
